Might we have more soon?

Something I've meant to ask. Is Steph a common spelling for Steve in the UK? Or elsewhere? I've only seen Steve, and he was my husband. His full name was Steven not Stephen.

Just curious, enjoy this story a lot.

Thanks

Tricia

I think the smaller number of students is due to the first war with Tom. So many died, so very few births but if they did have 1000 students they would need more teachers.

Question, Susans dad is a wizard, his last name is bones and he is Amelia's brother right? Why would he be so frantic?

Query.. Steph.. short for Stephen and pronounced Steve?

I fail to see what any uproar about Christianity (or Judaism, or any other religion) in Potter stories would be about. With Muggle-born and Muggle-reared entering the magical world, it would be surprising if they were to abandon what faith(s) they'd been reared in. One would, indeed, be more expectant that the Malfoys would have retained their French Catholic or Hueguenot faith, traditionalists that they appear to be.

It is just as unlikely (and unreasonable) to expect a Sikh or Ghurka to convert to Christianity because they served the Queen.

Excellent story, thanks for writing and sharing it.

This is a great story, well-paced and thought out. I don't understand your rating system in re : this chapter, however I'm of the generation that grew up watching film of Tarawa, Iwo Jima, Guadalcanal and D-Day (from about five on).

I enjoy what you've done with Hermione's dad and his observations about killing versus murder are spot-on.

You must serve 3 years as a regular soldier before even trying for SAS selection and over 80% of those who try get RTU!

Once again I've read through this wonderful and engaging story, this time from the H/G ship - and it ends too soon.. :( I truly wish there were more...

Thanks for posting.

I absolutely, completely loved every single word of this. I love all the information you give and the explanations you provide. I also appreciate finally reading of a Harry who's a killer but not a murderer.

Truly, excellent work. You're a very talented writer. I only hope you've not abandoned this story, because that would be a great pity.

Hoping to read more in the future,

Fawkes

Hi!

I really liked your story, "Great Scott, Potter, This is War!". I usually prefer Hermione and Harry as a couple instead of Harry and Ginny. I like the way you have Harry and Ginny's relationship slowly developing. I like that Ginny is not a fangirl. I am hoping to read more of this story as you write it. I like how you have Harry fighting a war and not letting the death eaters get away to hurt and kill others. Keep up the great work!

Well, it was nice reading this again but as we are three years later now... I guess finishing it will not happen.

Truly fantastic story. I really enjoy the background info and histories you have included that lead to current events. Look forward to your update and completion of this story. Umbridge fairly well gone, Fudge near disgrace, Sheets vindictive and mean. Great characterizations. Really like Father William too. Nice balancing character to Dumbledore's insane (yes, I really liked the part where he admitted his insanity) reasonings.

hi. this is a brilliantly complex and well thought out story that should be completed when you find a chance. please let us know if you are continuing so we can look forward to the complexities of [u]your[u/] harry potter world. please let me know if it is completed else where.

Aaron, I wondered if you were planning to finish this or if it's completed elsewhere. I find your work refreshingly original and particularly enjoyed seeing Umbridge get her comeuppance.

This and the other one like it are both great but you might wish to let people know the total chapters for both here for they have miss read this chapter here and think that you are not going to update here or that the other sites have more chapters.

Excellent so far. Like many others I have reread certain chapters a dozen times and the whole story half a dozen times. A few things that seem really possible at this time.
1.) This is either a great prank to get so many people hooked and then stop writing both stories? (One that George and Fred would approve of)
2.) Something sadly has happened to Aaron that he is unable to ever finish this story or let his many many fans know what to expect, if anything?
No one seems to know anything except we have been waiting 21 months for any bit of anything news, a new chapter, a note, etc.
I wrote to Pamela St Vines a few months back to ask if anything had happened or any kind of update and have yet to date to receive a reply :(
What about the Beta readers? Do they know anything?
